We are currently seeking a Design Consultant specializing in restaurant design to join our Project and Development Services team. Our team's priorities are:
- Delivering strategic solutions for clients

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for coordinating Weekly Design Meetings for projects
- Coordinate and review Space Utilization Plans, Schematic Design, Design Development, and other design documentation to ensure brand & operational integrity through the design, development, and construction process.
- Utilize and track regional and market level projects
- Serve as point of contact/representative for assigned client Design Leaders & key stakeholders.
- Serve as point of contact/representative to regional Partners and Vendors (millwork, messaging, seating, etc.) for project coordination and information
- Serve as point of contact for site specific design clarifications and responses throughout the development & construction process (RFIs, DesigNotes, Notifications, etc.)
- Utilize tools, processes, and data within client program optimized design solutions for each location in the assigned region (SharePoint, BIM 360, Smartsheet, other)
- Assist in the documentation & development of Regional/Market Level Design communications and processes.
- Liaison and coordinator of change management requests and integrations across the market & region to ensure we are accelerating, communicating, and integrating change at the earliest appropriate time.
- Coordinate regional details and solutions not kept up in the managed prototype system, across multiple Site Adapt Architects
- Coordinate vendors for New Restaurant Opening photos
- Attend weekly Regional Design Meeting/Check-in with MLDL
