In this role, you will be part of Verizon’s (Michigan/Indiana/Kentucky) MIK Network Performance team and will be expected to lead the work to achieve the team’s objectives - exceed the Radio Access Network (RAN) KPI targets, winning RootMetrics and other benchmarking metrics, and maintaining Verizon’s network superiority. The primary accountabilities associated with this position include:
· Performing data analytics and applying data science techniques to improve our network’s capacity, coverage and overall service.
· Automating data collection, reports, visualization and system updates.
· Creating dashboards and geolocating data to present information dynamically.
· Designing, launching and optimizing the next generation of wireless technologies.
· Simplifying data for team members and management.
· Interface with regional network teams, Centralized teams, HQ teams, and equipment vendors for the purpose of operations support and root cause analysis.
· Monitor and analyze RAN KPIs to ensure service levels are met and maintained.
· Partner with RF Engineering to help drive best-in-class RF network design to achieve the performance objectives.

What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
· Bachelor’s degree or four more years of work experience.
· Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
· A valid driver's license.

· Knowledge of Ericsson systems including ENM, ENM scripting, and 3GPP standards.
