What you'll do
As the global leader of Management Consulting Partnerships you will drive Stripe's engagement with management consultants, payment advisors and other firms who operate at the board and C-suite level. These firms help the largest enterprise with their global business and transformation strategies including the development of new business models, including monetizing payments through marketplaces and platforms. Often an enterprises' financial infrastructure is the cornerstone of these transformations and legacy players are being challenged on their innovation ability in a crowded and rapidly evolving space. Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. Develop protocols, administer surveys, facilitate interviews and focus groups.
Develop and execute on project work plans according to client needs and budget constraints.
Create and manage workplans in small projects or for a workstream of larger projects.
Organize, prioritize and process large volumes of work under tight deadlines.
Team & Client Management
Develop and work collaboratively with project team members to produce and finalize client deliverables such as: presentations, policy memos, positioning and communications options, briefs, reports, strategy documents, and other products drawing from documentation and research work.
