Plan Consultant with RKO Team working with Plan Sponsors, Financial Professionals and TPAs with ongoing client management. Work with New Business Leaders, Relationship Managers and Intermediary Sales team with client ongoing service. Help promote the product with our TPAs and Advisor partners. Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for providing a broad range of retirement plan services to our clients, from small to large retirement plans. This role is accountable for day to day contact with Plan Sponsors, Financial Advisors, Third Party Administrators, and internal partners and may assist with overall coordination of client work with the Defined Contribution, and other Retirement Operations areas. This position is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction of their assigned caseload.
Proper coordination of services will create an environment to deliver excellent customer service to meet client expectations resulting in continued retirement plan growth and contribution to company's surplus.
Consultant - Provides expertise with regards to retirement plan recordkeeping. They analyze, identify, and research plan issues and problems, manage projects and provide technical assistance to all outside interested parties. Consultants also assist with payroll setup and training, answer questions regarding reporting and website navigation, and facilitates communication between all parties to ensure that the Plan runs smoothly.

Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline/department; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.Builds knowledge of the company processes and customers.Solves a range of straightforward problems.Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
