**Supply Chain Planning, Consulting Principal** **About The Role** As a **Consulting Principal for Supply Chain Planning** you will make an impact by leading high-impact supply chain planning and analytics engagements for enterprise clients. **What you need to have to be considered**
+ 12+ years of experience in supply chain planning, analytics, or consulting, with at least 5 years in senior client-facing or practice leadership roles.
+ Proven track record leading end-to-end planning transformations for large enterprises.
+ Experience with at least two planning platforms (Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, o9 Solutions, OMP) and one network modeling tool (Llamasoft/Gurobi or equivalent) preferred.

We are looking for an Integrated Technologies Consultant II to join our team to play a key role in improving care for patients that our clients serve. You will work alongside our clients to understand their current workflows and provide strategic direction on the end user devices needed to improve their workflows. **General Summary:**
This role is responsible for working directly with clients to help them configure their HRIS systems. This role will act as a consultant to customers and be a SME for their respective HRIS system (e.g., Workday). **Job** **Title:** Lead Morpheus Consultant **Type:** Corp to Corp/1099 **Contract Length:** 6 months - Potentially Renewable We are seeking an experienced Lead Morpheus Consultant to join our team on a remote basis for a 6-month renewable contract. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the adoption, operational success, and value realization of the Morpheus platform within our organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, service catalog management, identity and access management, cloud operations, and tooling standardization for the Morpheus platform. **Responsibilities**
**1. Morpheus Success Management**
+ Define the vision, roadmap, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Morpheus platform to ensure it delivers measurable value.
+ Own platform-level strategy and operations as the **single point of contact** for stakeholders.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align platform objectives with organizational goals.
**2. Drive Adoption & Change (Organizational Change Management)**

+ Design and curate self-service offerings on the Morpheus platform, including **golden patterns/blueprints** , and robust developer/user journeys.
+ Establish and enforce governance policies for the service catalog to ensure scalability and compliance.
+ Collaborate with teams to enhance the developer portal and ensure a seamless user experience.
**4. Roles, Groups, & Access (Identity & Access Management)**
+ Build a sustainable Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model that defines user roles, tenancy boundaries, and approval workflows.
+ Partner with Security/IAM to implement and manage compliant access operations, defining robust security guardrails.
**5. Cloud Platform Operations Interface**
+ Work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to align Morpheus platform policies with enterprise integrations, including CMDB, ITSM, and SCM systems.
+ Define and refine release processes and deployment methodologies to ensure reliability and alignment with service-level objectives (SLOs).
+ Help create comprehensive runbooks for operational support and incident management.
**6. Methods & Tooling Stewardship**
+ Evangelize the best practices for leveraging Morpheus platform features, templates, and APIs to maximize efficiency and innovation.
+ Drive standards for methodologies and tools across teams, ensuring consistency in processes and workflows.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide continuous support and thought leadership on Morpheus and related tools.

+ Proven experience in implementing and managing the Morpheus platform, including use-case development, platform optimization, and adoption strategies.
