Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc. experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years experience delivering application architecture/design/modernization projects, including cloud-based solutioning (AWS or equivalent), with AI and automation
- 3+ years experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Professional level certification, or Associate's degree or above

The opportunity
You'll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITSM project and solution delivery including but not limited to design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases
Ability to manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources (e.g., consultants, developers, and testers)
Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ServiceNow ITSM process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation
Ability to analyze a company's people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps
Ability to advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes
Ability to lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources
Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models - including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs
Ability to create high quality deliverables and project artifacts
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
Excellent soft skills - communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization
Experience leading teams and supervising others
A driver's license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs
Ideally, you'll also have

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Role Description
This is a Sr. Consulting role primarily focused on implementing Nutanix for customers, either on-site or remotely. We do try to align travel close to home, but there are times when it could be national. We also try to position remote installations where possible to reduce travel.
This role is only open to candidates in the Northeastern US. You must reside in either Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, or Upstate NY above the city boroughs to be considered. If you do not reside in one of these areas, we do hire elsewhere as needed, but this is specific to that region to cover travel in the NE as required.
If you have Nutanix skills or are certified and strong in VMware, we can train you in Nutanix to excel in this role. You will need to take two courses and pass the exams to start, very similar to the VMware certification. Then you would need to do a shadow with one of our resources watching them implement at a client site, with a reverse shadow where you implement and our resource helps you before you are ready to go prime time and solo.
Travel will be covered cost-wise, including actual costs outside of salary.
