BT Position Summary:
The BT will use evidence-based protocols and positive reinforcement to teach or increase language and communication skills, promote play and social skills, encourage daily living activities, and develop pre-academic skills in the home, community, and/or school setting. You will directly contribute to our client's success stories by providing them with the necessary skills to be successful!
RBT Duties/Responsibilities:
Implement one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs to children in a home, school or other environments as needed
Observe and collect data on the child's behavior
Teach child the specific behavior skills called for in the treatment plan
Attend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Maintain clear lines of communication and professional boundaries
RBT Requirements:
At least 18 years old
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent minimum, Bachelor's degree preferred
Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 90 days of hire
Patience and ability to engage effectively with active children
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a therapy team and independently
Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week
Adherence to the RBT Ethics Code and company policies
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, run, kneel, stand, and actively participate in play
Clean background check and positive professional references
Pay Range:
$21 per hour until you are a certified RBT, then $22 per hour once obtaining your RBT credential.
Note: This rate includes a geographic pay differential based on the cost of living in this job location.

The Critical Care Technician (CCT) is responsible for competent care of patients in the medical setting, and reacts quickly and effectively to critical and emergency situations. Competent in essential functions as listed below. The CCT communicates with interdisciplinary team about duties, responsibilities, and findings. The CCT organizes care in a manner that contributes to the overall quality of the team; and performs other job duties as assigned, within their scope of practice. Requirements
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent plus trade or vocational school training in medical/
surgical patient care.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: 1. Current BLS issued through American Heart Association is required. 2. Completion of an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program with one (1) year experience as an EMT B/I/P; or 3. A Nursing Student who has recently completed a minimum of two (2) clinical rotations as a part of an accredited nursing school program for registered nurse; or 4. Successful completion of the in-house advanced certified nursing assistant training program with one (1) year experience as an Advanced Certified Nursing Assistant (ACNA).
CRITICAL CARE EXPANDED DUTIES TRAINING:
Peripheral intravenous access and removal
Disaster preparedness and use of PAPR
gov training course IS 100 and other FEMA courses as requested and/or required
Recording of I & O's
Foley Catheter insertion and removal
Nasogastric tube insertion and removal
Foley Catheter insertion and removal
Cardiac Telemetry/EKG rhythm interpretation
Suture/Staple removal
Training will be provided by the Clinical Educator and Medical staff during the orientation period.
SKILLS: The CCT must have critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize quickly. In addition to performing all essential functions as listed below, the CCT will:
Demonstrate efficient response to critical care and emergent medical situations, using BLS and first aid training. Demonstrate the ability to operate and maintain emergency medical devices and critical care equipment. Possess excellent communication and electronic documentation skills, with an ability to read and interpret technical reports, charts, and ECG monitoring. Demonstrate the ability to handle a high level of stress and to maintain composure under a variety of adverse conditions.
NATURE OF SUPERVISION:
-Responsible to: Reports directly to the Critical Care Director, Clinical Manager or designee of area assigned, for essential job duties and day-to-day responsibilities.
ENVIRONMENT:
- Bloodborne pathogens - B
Works irregular hours. Multiple simultaneous activities around patient care. Exposure to x-rays and infectious diseases such as hepatitis-B and AIDS. In addition, may be subject to varying unpredictable situations such as violence from mentally unstable patients.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must demonstrate appropriate body mechanics for prolonged, extensive or considerable standing/walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting, secondary to emergent/urgent situations. Frequently lifts, positions, pushes and/or transfers patients or equipment as per policy and procedure. Hearing and visual acuity must be within normal limits or with appropriate prescribed medical devices. Works under the clinical supervision and leadership of a Behavior Therapist and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to model and implement Individual Treatment Plans with children and adults. This may occur in residential, community, or day program settings.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
* Provides direct Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for clients at home, in the community, or in other environments as needed.
* Builds rapport with the client, their family, and staff or other care providers in different environments.
* Implements Individual Treatment Plans developed by Behavior Therapists and/or BCBAs.
* Responds appropriately to client's challenging behaviors and implements behavior intervention strategies, skill acquisition programs, and program changes as directed by the Behavior Therapist or BCBA.
* Collects data in a timely and efficient manner to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the Individual Treatment Plan.
* Provides regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals and proactively communicate any questions or concerns to the Behavior Therapist or BCBA.
* Attends clinical or team meetings, staff meetings, and trainings to expand their knowledge on different behavior principles, strategies, and the field of ABA.
* Attends regular supervisory meetings with a Behavior Therapist and BCBA.
* Reports on client care and treatment as well as any changes in client level of functioning to the Behavior Therapist or BCBA.
* Discuss significant behavioral incidents, or other issues that affect client's behavioral status.
* Acts as liaison between the client, family, staff, other care providers, and treatment team.
* Reports client progress to the Behavior Therapist or BCBA.
* Supports the Behavior Therapist or BCBA with training families, staff, or other care providers on implementing Individual Treatment Plans.
* Communicates effectively with the Behavior Analyst regarding any issues, including service delivery, task assignment, etc.
* Collaborates with other treatment professionals and the client's family.
* Maintains required documentation demonstrating services provided and adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by State and Federal Agencies and Imagine!.
* Observes confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards in all aspects related to the client, family, and program.
* Develops and maintains professional relationships with all customers of Imagine!.
* This position requires the use of a personal vehicle with insurance that meets Imagine! standards.

Job Qualifications
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
* General knowledge of the developmental disabilities system in Colorado.
* Basic knowledge of the principles and practice of Applied Behavior Analysis.
* Demonstrated skill applying behavioral techniques and in working with children or adults with developmental disabilities/mental illness.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks/goals for self and others.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups at all professional levels.

As a Registered Behavior Technician at our clinic in Lakewood, CO, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA Therapy programs to our clients. Working closely under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide intensive behavioral support with uninterrupted treatment sessions. In this role you will:
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based or home-based setting (paid training provided)
Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting
Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support
Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals
Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team
Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices both on and off the job. (We provide PPE, caregiver communication tools and practices, and limit exposure through small work groups.
Communicate clearly and effectively - both orally and written - with clients, families, and colleagues
Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.

This position will be a combination of center and in home services
Pay
$22.50 to $24.50 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as an RBT
Once you have completed training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 17.5 for each billable client hour worked. For all BT training and administrative time, you will receive 15.5 for each non-billable hour worked.

In this role you will:
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based or home-based setting (paid training provided)
Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting
Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support
Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals
Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team
Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices both on and off the job. (We provide PPE, caregiver communication tools and practices, and limit exposure through small work groups.
Communicate clearly and effectively - both orally and written - with clients, families, and colleagues
Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.
Role Details
Availability
Full-Time availability 12pm-6pm and 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
This position will be a combination of center and in home services
Pay
$22.50 to $23.50 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as an RBT
Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200 bonus on their first paycheck
Once you have completed training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 17.5 for each billable client hour worked. For all BT training and administrative time, you will receive 15.5 for each non-billable hour worked.

BT Position Summary:
The Behavior Technician (BT) will use evidence-based protocols and positive reinforcement to teach or increase language and communication skills, promote play and social skills, encourage daily living activities, and develop pre-academic skills in the home, community, and/or school setting. You will directly contribute to our client's success stories by providing them with the necessary skills to be successful!
BT Duties/Responsibilities:
Implement one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs to children in a home, school or other environments as needed
Observe and collect data on the child's behavior
Teach child the specific behavior skills called for in the treatment plan
Attend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Maintain clear lines of communication and professional boundaries
BT Requirements:
At least 18 years old
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent minimum, Bachelor's degree preferred
Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 90 days of hire
Patience and ability to engage effectively with active children
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a therapy team and independently
Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week
Adherence to the RBT Ethics Code and company policies
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, run, kneel, stand, and actively participate in play
Clean background check and positive professional references
Pay Range:
$19.50/hour until you are a certified RBT, then $20.50/hour.
