I have held several positions from installer, technical support representative to Director, Customer Operations. Additionally, I held the position of Director, Dealer Operations, and assisted in the consolidation of the Protection One, Multi-media, Westar and Dynamark dealer programs. I am a native of New York, and served 12 years in the United States Air Force, where I was a distinguished graduate from the Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership School. I am a graduate of the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy and a certified FAA aircraft airframe and power plant mechanic.Specialties: Central Station / Call Center Operations / Service Delivery
