Performance Responsibilities: Successfully complete an online “Best Practices of Online Teaching” professional development course prior to or within the first week of teaching the course. Training will be provided by the FCESC. Publish and evaluate no less than 90% of the InnevAto EDU course content. Communicate with students via the most efficient method (i.e., LMS, telephone, email, face-to-face, video conferencing, etc.) on a regular basis. Provide student-specific feedback for all lessons. Maintaining records on student progress/grades. Create a partnership with each students' home district and communicate/collaborate in a manner that best fits the students' needs.
