PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Compliance & Ethics is responsible for ensuring that Exelon maintains a strong, ethical compliance environment. Compliance & Ethics leverages its visibility across the enterprise to enhance risk management and controls, solve problems, and promote best practices and transparency. Compliance & Ethics professionals in the department work to identify, assess, and ensure the mitigation of risks concerning Exelon's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and the Exelon Corporation Code of Business Conduct and other company policies, and to sustain a culture of integrity. This includes oversight of internal investigations of potential violations and enterprise-wide compliance and ethics training. * Plan and conduct comprehensive and timely confidential investigations of allegations of employee misconduct involving violations of Exelon's Code of Business Conduct, other company policies, and/or applicable laws or regulations. This includes developing investigative plans, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing documentary evidence. (60%)
* Write clear, concise, and fact-based summaries of investigations including documenting evidence and analyzing Code of Business Conduct and other policy violations that can be shared with HR, Legal, and business leaders (30%)
* Provide guidance to stakeholders on relevant comparable violations to inform decisions regarding appropriate corrective actions. (5%)
* Participate in post-investigation debriefings with business leadership, HR, and Legal. (5%)

Primary Purpose
Plan, execute and manage customer education advertising strategies and campaigns to support programs such as financial assistance, energy management, electrification, mobile app, and other offerings as needed. Transmission - Transmission Engineering manages the design, assessment and analysis of substations and transmission facilities throughout the Duke Energy service area. This department is also responsible for any upgrades to these facilities to ensure safe and reliable operation of the assets. Financial Analyst - Field Operations
The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing current financial processes to develop recommendations for process improvement and to improve project cost estimating. The analyst will assist with both capital and operating budget analysis and development to ensure that the Field Operation's strategic goals are achieved. Facilitate monthly meetings with key stakeholders to review contractors accounts receivable statements and provide status updates on outstanding and future invoices to improve cash flow. Perform contract proposal planning, auditing, and analyzing all contracts that involve the purchase of goods and services within Field Operations. These contracts have a total value of over $100 million dollars annually. Developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policies and procedures. This position is responsible for all contract compliance functions as well as conveying routine updating of contract language.
Responsibilities
Responsible for contract proposal planning, administration, preparation, and revision of all new and existing contracts that involve the purchase of sale of goods and services in the Field Operation Department and in accordance with all Company Policies.
Develop, implement, and assist in the enforcement of procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with Company policies.
Create and generate trending reports to evaluate business critical tasks, i.e. cost per linear foot of pipe installed, service replacements/installation costs and evaluate the cost of work performed by contracted vendors.
Prepare study, report, and analysis in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, cash flow projections, and business forecasts and capital main replacement and new business project estimation.
Conduct audits for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, deviations, amendments, clarifications, work and payment schedules and request for change orders because of contingencies.
Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
Assist in the development of new systems and technological advancements.
Analyze current fiscal year spending to ensure Field Operations remain within budget and identify opportunities to maximize available approved funding.
Assist with fiscal year end close and act as liaison between Operations and Accounts Payable to ensure all expenses are captured in the current fiscal year.
Coordinate with other departments to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding Field Operations contracts, and financial reporting, including new business and planning, to trend future resource requirements and improve capital and operating budget projections.
Facilitate monthly meetings with key stakeholders to review contractor accounts receivable statements and provide status updates on outstanding and future invoices to improve cash flow.
Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings and monitor labor and material cost reports to compare similar work types between contractors for use by planning to prepare future contracts.
Ensure that the contractor follows legal requirements, owner specifications, and government regulations; provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
Assist in the development of the annual departmental strategic planning and budget processes and technical analysis of activities for financial and/or operational impacts.
Create and audit requisitions and oversee the verification process of services delivered.
Review and process capital work order authorization.
Receive and process contractor invoices when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or other related field of study.
3 - 5 years' experience of related work experience.
Must have analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze and report the impact of all contracting activities on departmental budget and daily operations.
Knowledge of legal documents, government regulations, and agency rules is highly preferred.
Must have project management and organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and coordinate the activities of multiple levels of personnel.

About you
Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

**Primary Purpose**
An entry-level to mid-level attorney responsible for providing full legal service to DER interconnection business clients under the supervision of a managing or supervising attorney. National Grid is hiring a Principal Cloud Platform Engineer. This position offers remote flexibility, with the requirement that candidates reside in one of the following states: New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), Massachusetts (MA), Connecticut (CT), Vermont (VT), Rhode Island (RI), Maine (ME), or New Hampshire (NH).
Job Purpose
Our vision is to be recognised as a world leading Information Technology and Digital function in the energy sector and a trusted partner across National Grid businesses. As a Principal Cloud Platform Engineer, you are a key member of our global cloud Infrastructure and operations team. You will be tasked with driving innovation and modernization within National Grid's cloud environment(s). You will need to have a deep understanding of public and private cloud infrastructure and be comfortable collaborating with our internal development teams to help deliver their solutions.
As a Principal Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing the performance, availability, security, and scalability of National Grid's global cloud platform and other PaaS and IaaS infrastructure and services, including but not limited to Azure IaaS, PaaS and other operational services. You will work alongside a team of cloud engineers / consultants and collaborate with other teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality cloud solutions that meet the business needs and objectives of our internal clients.
Key Accountabilities
• Design, create, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and services, including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking, security, backup, and disaster recovery at a global level.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud issues, incidents, and alerts, conducting root cause analysis for effective resolution.
• Enhance cloud performance, availability, security, and cost-effectiveness by implementing best practices and standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to ensure successful cloud implementation and operation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. development, testing, FinOps, product management) to align and integrate cloud solutions with business requirements.
• Stay current on the latest Azure cloud trends and technologies, evaluating and recommending new tools and services.
• Responsible for cloud architecture and design, ensuring optimal system integration and performance.
• Integrate Azure services effectively to meet business needs and improve overall functionality.
• Implement and maintain security measures and compliance standards within Azure environments.
• Automate testing processes to ensure efficient and reliable cloud operations.
• Utilize automation and scripting languages (PowerShell, Shell, Python, Terraform) for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to maintain consistency and reproducibility in cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy monitoring tools and alerts to proactively detect and address potential issues, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.
Requirements
• At least 7 years of experience (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable) in cloud engineering, operations, or administration.
• Strong knowledge and skills in cloud infrastructure and services, such as virtual machines, storage accounts, networking, security, backup, disaster recovery, etc.
• Experience in cloud monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization tools and techniques.
• Experience in working with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Experience in working with DevOps practices, such as CI/CD (e.g. GitHub/GitActions, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins), automation, configuration management, infrastructure test automation and release automation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud governance and compliance frameworks, such as Azure Policy, Azure Blueprints, etc.
• Understanding of networking concepts (OSI Model, Designing Topologies, Routing Protocols)
• Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns and principles, such as microservices, serverless, container orchestration (Kubernetes), etc.
• Ability to design and implement cloud solutions that are secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective.
• Familiarity with cloud security practices and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services (e.g. Azure SQL Database, Azure VMs, Azure Functions).
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls is a plus.
• Azure certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, IPAM, and Certificate Management
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in presenting technical ideas to stakeholders including executives.
• On Call experience is a plus.

About you
Master's Degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, or a BS/BA degree or higher in a technical discipline
Experience in strategic technology leadership, IT infrastructure, analytics, and outsourcing management
Experience leading, coaching, and developing people and teams
Experience with resource planning and allocation within and across organizations
Depth and breadth across the infrastructure engineering domains, for example: cloud & data center (hyperconverged and converged technologies, file and block storage, backup technologies including long term retention, data archiving, virtual and physical environment management, public/private cloud services) data networking (routing, switching, wired and wireless protocols and design) and end user (device and operating systems management, collaboration and identity systems).
Expertise in x86 and AIX Operating systems
Knowledge of micro segmentation across both physical and virtual environments
Experience with ServiceNow in configuring workflows, and integrating with other systems
Skills in automating infrastructure using Terraform, VMware Aria automation, PowerShell, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
Understanding of infrastructure engineering best practices, design to operate principles, and product lifecycle management
Experience working in Agile methodologies - SAFE, Scrum, Kanban, etc
