Since 2011, Bespoke Post has been introducing our customers to small, under-the-radar brands and goods through a multi-category membership service and full e-commerce shop. Whether it's starting a fun new hobby, elevating your personal style, tasting an unfamiliar flavor, or just finding something that makes life that little bit easier-Bespoke Post is all about discovery.

We're looking for a Social Content Creator with deep expertise in Tik Tok and Reels to join our ~20-person creative team, and report directly to our Editorial Director. This person will be responsible for ideating, creating, editing, and scheduling content for Bespoke Post's organic social media channels-mainly TikTok and Instagram.

The Social Content Creator may be a regular face (and voice) on our feeds, so being comfortable in front of the camera, as well as behind it, is a plus. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves and understands the products we offer, so they can naturally and authentically communicate them to our customers.

In addition to helping the Social Media/Editorial teams meet their goals, this person will support the company's growth team in producing content for sponsored ads on TikTok and Instagram. They will have to understand basic performance analysis of their content so they can create more of what's working and less of what's not.

You will:Create several social-first videos per week for posting on Bespoke Post's Instagram and TikTok feeds using both self-created content and repurposing existing content. Manage a social editorial calendar alongside the Editorial Director to align social output with ongoing company initiatives, merchandise releases, marketing campaigns, holidays, and more. Establish relationships with Bespoke Post's Merchandising, Marketing, Private Label, Growth/Acquisition, and other departments in order to help create content that supports their goals. Help to establish what future customers will know as Bespoke Post's unique approach to TikTok and Reels. Appear on camera showcasing our products and service, and recruit, shoot, and direct other on-camera talent.

The ideal candidate:Understands the TikTok platform and culture extensively, and has an understanding as to how Bespoke Post's offering lends itself to the platform.Is proficient in editing video for TikTok and Instagram in the apps natively. Can think on their feet during fast-paced photo shoot environments to capture what they need in order to create the right content.Is experienced in interpreting basic social media analytics to inform strategy shifts/growth.
