The developer will participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with internal teams to produce new code as well as revise, update, and debug existing code.
Create and maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
Test and deploy applications in accordance with company change management policy.
Provide training to co-workers for all modified and new applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science\Software Engineering or 5+ years of development experience
Knowledge of Visual Basic .Net and C#
Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, MS SQL Server design/architectural patterns
Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Knowledge of Standard Change Management practices
The position requires the ability to sit and type for extended periods of time. Standing, walking, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, and reaching will occur occasionally. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
