The Opportunity:
As the newest member of Gloo's Platform Experience Team, the Content Producer at Gloo curates and creates content that brings value and inspires users to take action. With deep knowledge and experience in ministry communications, this person will write, develop and produce within a variety of digital mediums. Excellent at creating and publishing written content, you are creating PDFs, guides, interactive text experiences, and developing best practices that add value to users along their journey. Your content educates and excites customers to take action, drives product adoption and ministry integration while supporting achievement of key milestones. The results of well executed content experiences will drive engagement with our product and adoption of partners' content.

With our new and growing Enablement team, we are looking for an innovative and user-experience centric content producer to create and maintain internal Sales tools for our team.

As an Enablement Content Producer (Internal), you will identify and produce selling tools for our Sales and Account Management reps such as sales playbooks, curated Selling Room environments, pitch decks, cost proposal generators, ROI calculators, TCO sheets, QBR deck generators, and more. You will focus on researching, project managing, developing, and maintaining high-quality content that is scalable and repeatable for multiple markets. You'll be serving at a global scale that will require content you produce to be localized for each of our international markets.

A successful candidate will be well versed in user experience design, creative design, technology stack integration and project management. You will work with cross-functional partners including product, product marketing, sales, account management, partnerships, operations, etc. to curate necessary information and creative assets to build these materials. You'll also collaborate with these partners to implement consistent design direction and workflow requirements that are best suited for our representatives.

You will guide enablement team members to bring these materials to life and consult on proper distribution including instructions to effectively use these materials.
