In this position, you will work with a close knit, collaborative and supportive team to support the marketing and business development efforts of the preeminent thought leaders in immigration around the world and work at a firm that is focused on revolutionizing the immigration industry through innovation. How you will make a difference as a Senior Content Specialist with Fragomen:
Assist the RFP team by drafting technically accurate, high quality proposals, capabilities statements, biographies and other materials that are consistent with client-specific requirements Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing copy for various media including attorney bios, announcements, event descriptions, etc. that conform to prescribed style and formatting Help to proofread and edit marketing content across various media and team departments Compile and organize proposal content based on certain criteria; maintain and update proposal and RFP content in web-based system Apply excellent writing and analytical skills as well as superior research skills Prioritize multiple writing assignments and coordinate the flow of information from various internal contributors to meet all deadlines Possess ability to quickly develop a strong working knowledge of the firm, its practice groups, and its clients and their industry sectors Demonstrate cross-cultural communication skills and ability to interface with internal clients in Fragomen offices worldwide
