    We are searching for a proven, senior-level corporate Content Strategist & Producer, Senior Manager, with a demonstrated track record of managing the strategic long-term Content planning as well as the daily Content operations of a Corporate Communications function and progressive achievement to work in a fast-paced shared services environment. Partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure documentation meets regulatory and audit requirements. Contribute to process improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in documentation and information-sharing practices. Support infrastructure teams in developing communication materials for new services, tools, or processes (e.g., FAQs, user guides, onboarding materials). This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum 5 years experience. 3+ years of experience in technical writing within IT infrastructure, operations, or enterprise technology environments. Experience documenting network, server, storage, virtualization, or cloud infrastructure preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to quickly learn complex technical systems and translate them into understandable documentation.
