Primary Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Secondary / Distribution: Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 90 DAYS) Consistent posting cadence established across priority platforms Clear content pillars defined and executed weekly Engagement rate trending upward month over month 2-3 repeatable content formats identified that drive saves, shares, DMs, or inquiries Content calendar fully owned and executed without reminders Weekly performance insights shared proactively with the marketing team This role is accountable for outcomes, not just output.
