ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Manager, Creative Innovations and cross functional teams to be responsible for the coordination and development of the ongoing fiscal year road map of live stream and podcast content.
Development and design of assigned show concepts to support the channel wide creative strategy.
Keep up to date on evolving live stream, podcast trends and best practices for engagement.
Conceptualize engaging assigned live stream and podcast content that aligns with campaign strategies and resonates with our diverse audiences.
Partner with internal team members to develop "evergreen" live stream and podcast content.
Coordinate live stream and podcast pre-production planning for the assigned content projects (ie, script development, mood boards, storyboards, stage design, on-air graphics, shot lists).
Be present in studio to ensure all production needs are met, product is represented accurately, and deliverables are captured according to expectations.
Support the preparation of video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools
Leverage long form shows to developing shorter, social sized content
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration with various partners including our outside agency partners.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of or progressively responsible experience in creative and production
