**Position Responsibilities**
The Content Strategist & Producer will play a key leadership role as a member of the HLUS-Corporate Communications team- including strategizing, developing, and executing a range of timely Content programs in the Americas for the HLUS-Corporate Communications organization.

**Required Skills/Education:**

+ 5+ years of proven ability to lead and deliver content programs that drive visibility and engagement and deliver measurable results.

Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to assist commercial business in the digital space.
Assist in the development of digital content for web, LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels to drive engagement.
Follow promotional review and approval processes, as well as distribution guidelines, to ensure efficiency and compliance across digital marketing activities.
Manage digital calendar and oversee execution of digital campaigns to ensure timely distribution aligned with key commercial milestones.
Collect performance analytics using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and reports insights to key stakeholders to support data-driven future optimization strategies.
Implement ongoing web optimization techniques to improve web performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on digital campaign management, analytics, and optimization.
Knowledge of web analytics, such as SEO/SEM, AEO, and GEO.
Experience with the following digital platforms: Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Applications, and Veeva.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of software.
Ability to travel up to 15 percent for customer engagements, team engagements, and conferences, as well as willingness and ability to travel to Lake Zurich, IL to engage with cross-functional teams
