Neha Sampat (@nehasf) is Founder and CEO at Contentstack™ - a leading Content Management System (CMS) and Content Experience Platform (CXP), adopted by brands including Best Buy, Chase, Holiday Inn, Icelandair, Morningstar, Express, Miami HEAT, Shell, and Walmart. Previously, Neha was Founder and CEO of Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Built.io®, which was acquired by German software powerhouse Software AG in September 2018. Neha is a recognized industry leader, a proponent of diversity, and an outspoken advocate for women in leadership. She can be found appearing on keynote stages or expert panels discussing her experiences as an entrepreneur, a female leader, or her company’s role in the future of technology. Neha raised a Series A funding round of $31.5M USD for Contentstack, one of the largest for enterprise SaaS software companies. She was one of “50 Women in Tech Dominating Silicon Valley” in 2015, was named in “San Francisco Business Times Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business” in 2017, and is a “San Francisco Business Times 40 under 40” honoree. Neha was also honored as “CEO of the Year” by Aragon Research in December 2018 and Female Tech Trailblazer of the Year in 2020. Most recently, she was recognized as “Best CEO for Diversity” and “Best CEO for Women” in the 2020 Comparably Best Places to Work Awards.

Matthew Baier is the COO & CMO of Contentstack™ and Co-Founder / former COO of Built.io® (acquired by Software AG). He specializes in building enterprise technology brands and has 20 years of experience growing a wide range of B2B software and SaaS businesses. Previously, Matthew led product marketing for Oracle’s database portfolio, Salesforce’s application development and mobile platforms, as well as product management and marketing for many of Sun Microsystems’ marquee products and brands.

David is the CFO of Surfboard Ventures, which includes the SaaS CMS company Contentstack and the web and mobile services company Raw Engineering.David is also the CEO of Raw Engineering.Surfboard Ventures sold its iPaaS company Built.io in September 2018 to Software AG.David is an experienced financial executive who has provided financial advisory services to a variety of early stage SaaS software companies. Previous to joining Software Ventures (formerly Built.io), David worked with companies through his firm Structure Financial Services. With his leadership these companies successfully raised numerous rounds of financing and have had several successful exits.
