General Position Description

The Estimator bids and helps win highly profitable and constructible projects that have pricing strategies developed to maximize our return, cash flow, and avoid any losses during project execution.

Heavy focus on construction of military buildings, building renovations with secure spaces, hangar buildings/aircraft support spaces, maintenance facilities, operations facilities, and mission critical environments.

The Estimator is responsible for the coordination of bid documents, labor productions, subcontractor and vendor pricing, subcontractor and vendor buyouts, project start-up meetings, owner estimates, subcontractor and vendor requisitions and cost-to-completes.

Responsibilities

+ Thoroughly investigates the specifications, scope of work, and drawings for his/her portion of a bid for completion, submits formal requests for information, and develops a complete understanding of the requirements.

+ Accurately and timely performs takeoffs and calculations and analyzes data.

+ Takes site visits to gather detailed, relevant data on project site conditions and effectively incorporates this information during the bid process.

+ Attends team kick off and schedule oversight meetings, red team reviews, and/or additional reviews.

+ Attends pre-bid meetings (when required), to evaluate existing conditions and identify and capture any scope that may not be included in the design documents.

+ Supports Chief Estimator or VP of Preconstruction in the set-up of the estimate, estimate schedule, and responsibility matrix

+ Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of the contract documents and the potential risks for a project.

+ Ensures all subcontractors and vendors receive the company's standard Terms and Conditions before submitting a quotation.

+ Coordinate subcontractor bid lists Operations for bidding.

+ Distributes documents for subcontractor bidding.

+ Utilize Building Information Models (BIM) for quantity take-off and visualization to support complete estimate preparation.

+ Take lead role or support role in Lump Sum bids.

+ Participate in internal estimate review meetings.

+ Prepare subcontractor bid forms and subcontractor bid recording sheets for assigned trades, evaluate subcontractor bids for scope inclusion, and identification of scope gaps and overlaps, coordinate with other estimator's trades.

+ Assist in developing plans to improve Estimating templates, workflows, and standards.

+ Interfaces extensively with the Contracts department to address any risks or issues with the contract.

+ Negotiates the best deal for cost, quality, and delivery using the company buyout procedure.

+ Train and manage Estimators, including performance evaluations for those staff assigned.

+ Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

+ For Security Clearance Requirements - must be a US Citizen, as required.

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Engineering Technology.

+ Five or more years of relevant construction industry experience with progressively greater responsibility.

General Position Description The Field Administrative Assistant supports the team responsible for constructing a safe, profitable, high-quality project. This position is responsible for assisting with administrative support.

Manage project quality requirements in civil and structural construction. + Initiates, communicates, and tracks non-conformance corrective actions. Discusses resolution ideas with the project team and properly dispositions.

+ Conducts the Three Phase Quality System at the project level on a daily basis. Works with the project team to ensure meetings are thorough and conducted in a timely manner.

+ Oversees the assembly of Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) documents, whether self-performed or written by a team member, Subcontractor, or other. Ensures compliance for each phase from initial schedule to final printing and distribution.

+ Complies with safety procedures/policies and addresses and/or elevates non-compliance among all employees, subcontractors, and vendors.

+ Leads the Project Management team in the preparation of technical project submittals. Ensures the completeness and quality of every submittal.

Qualifications

General Position Description

The Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) ensures the maximum safety performance and awareness of everyone associated with the project by overseeing the administration of all safety and health policies and procedures established in the Conti Safety, Health, and Environmental Program.

This position is also responsible for the implementation of the project Site Safety and Health Plans. The SSHO will work closely with all levels of management to analyze safety trends and will be the lead on facilitating ways to improve safety on the project. Responsibilities

+ Develops trends analysis based on incidents and recommends safety improvements.

+ Works with the Superintendent to deliver effective weekly safety talks utilizing content that is relevant to the team's activities.

+ Establishes excellent working and professional relationships with clients and their representatives and/or field inspectors.

+ Generates and ensures all project documentation (including, but not limited to Daily Reports Safety Audits, Safety Meetings, Accident Investigations, Safety Data Sheets, Safety Training, and Medical Surveillance records) is maintained and available onsite.

+ Ensures all personnel on a project have the appropriate safety and health training and equipment required by the task, regulatory agency, or client.

+ Provides effective coaching and thought leadership regarding safety matters that brings about behavior that is both safe and productive.

+ Works with the Project Team to develop and use the Activity Hazard Analysis process to identify potential hazards and develop work plans that utilize means and methods that eliminate or reduce these hazards.

+ Works with the Foremen and Superintendents, using the Activity Hazard Analysis, to develop the daily Take 5 Daily Safety Checklist. Coaches them to communicate the hazards associated, so work crews are actively involved in the Take 5 Meeting.

+ Ensures the Site Safety and Health Plans are implemented and enforced.

+ Implements company programs to reduce the risk of loss due to employee injury, regulatory non-compliance, general liability, fire, theft, or damage.

+ Researches and reviews safety and health supplies and equipment to obtain the best quality and best price.

+ Monitors safety and health performance through jobsite inspections, work procedure analysis, and other appropriate methods. Recommends corrective action, where required.

+ Ensures site compliance with Federal, State, and Local, safety and health regulations, and all aspects of the Safety and Health Plans and Programs.

+ Delivers required safety, health, and environmental training

+ Conducts near miss and accident investigations and recommends corrective actions.

+ Actively works with employees, occupational physicians, and site supervision to optimize care and work schedules that minimize the impacts of an injury to both the employee and to the company.

Qualifications

+ For Security Clearance Requirements - must be a US Citizen [Required]

+ OSHA 30-Hour Construction Card or USACE EM385-1-1 40 Hour Training valid within the previous 5 years . [Required]

+ Five (5) or more years of continuous construction industry safety experience in supervising/managing general construction safety programs or processes, conducting hazard analyses, and developing controls. [Required]

+ A minimum of eight (8) hours of documented formal, online, or self-study safety and health related coursework every year for the previous 5 years. [Required]

+ Currently certified as a First Aid/CPR Provider or Instructor. [Preferred]

+ Three (3) or more years of experience in implementing USACE EM385-1-1. [Preferred]

Your Responsibilities:

* Performs the quality assurance program for all incoming and finished goods.
* Performs customer order fulfilment to ensure shipments match the customer's requirements, including: Sales Orders, Pick, Pack and Ship Processes, and Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
* Performs incoming inspection on inventory and prior to customer shipping to meet Tenna's Quality Standards.
* Performs cycle count procedure for proper inventory control
* Performs product verification and test procedures
* Regularly interfaces with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, product quality, RMAs, verifications and test, and other related matters.
* Ensures all product information is entered correctly into internal systems such as QuickBooks and internal databases.
* Adheres to safety protocols and standards.
* Maintains a high degree of knowledge on the use of the Tenna Asset Management System and its associated products to aide in troubleshooting system issues.

Qualifications:

* An Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Science, Applied Quality and Standards, Quality Systems Management, Supply Chain Management, or other related concentration is strongly preferred.
* 1+ years' experience in warehouse shipping and receiving.
* Knowledge of specific test equipment usage (multimeters, oscilloscopes, other) is required for inventory evaluations.
* Knowledge working with QuickBooks.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Knowledge in the daily use of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
* Excellent communication skills.

General Position Description

The Superintendent will be in control of all field operations and work hand in hand with our Project Management team to construct a safe, high quality, highly profitable project. The Superintendent role is key to creating great client relations and developing our greatest resource, our employees.

This position has jurisdiction over all field operations including safety, quality, efficiency, planning, scheduling, managing resources, team building, risk assessment, cost estimation, subcontractor relations, and execution strategy.

The "home office" for this position is located in Orlando, FL. Actual work location may vary.

This position does not require relocation, however, it requires rotational travel for a minimum of 3 weeks at a time, with one weekend home (typical).

Responsibilities

+ Enforces all safety policies and must address safety violations among employees, subcontractors, and vendors.

+ Completes the project through the use of the Quality Management System.

+ Sets production objectives with the crews and makes sure those objectives are communicated and enforced.

+ Heads the creation of the project schedule with the Project Manager and continually checks to see that the plan is being executed.

+ Creates an accurate Four Week Look Ahead schedule on a weekly basis and adheres to said schedule.

+ Implements effective cost control measures to maximize profits in all facets of the project including labor, material, equipment, and other expenditures.

+ Excitedly builds a team by securing Top Performers through interviewing, assessing, mentoring, and retaining them.

+ Works with foreman on planning, surveying, plan reading, efficiency, an economical crew size, quality of workmanship, and overall safety of the project to create the most economical build of the project as possible.

+ Attends daily huddles for communicating, resolving issues and sharing ideas so that projects can maintain efficiency and profitability.

+ Has extensive knowledge of the key operational details of the subcontract and holds the subcontractor to the agreement and the company's specifications.

+ Always seeks to keep the most efficient size fleet of equipment to maximize profits. Promotes culture of care for the equipment.

+ Seeks new work opportunities through client relationships.

Qualifications

+ For Security Clearance Requirements - must be a US Citizen, as required.

+ Five or more years of supervisory experience in the construction industry with increasing responsibility in the Federal marketplace.

+ Ability to lead a diverse group a must.

+ Federal government experience preferred

+ Must have experience leading complex construction projects. Demonstrated ability to deal with different variables of a project such as difficult client and/or complexity of scope of work.

+ Extensive knowledge of various areas of construction (earthwork, structures, mechanical, utilities, electrical, etc.)

+ Working knowledge of the Safety Requirements of USACE EM385-1-1.

+ Exceptional teamwork, communication, and people skills are essential.

+ Eager and pragmatic thinker, with excellent decision making skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple items at any given time in a fast-paced challenging environment.

+ Must have a strong time management system and excellent organizational skills.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 265, P6 Primavera, and basic knowledge of HCSS.

General Position Description

The Project Engineer works with the Project Team and our Field Management to construct a safe and quality project, while beating the estimate budgets, improving the total Operating Profit margin over the original bid, and building a strong customer relationship.

This position is responsible for subcontractor management, submittals, buyout, great client relations and cost estimation. The "home office" for this position is located in Orlando, FL. Actual work location may vary.

Responsibilities

+ Complies with safety procedures/policies and addresses and/or elevates non-compliance among all employees, subcontractors, and vendors.

+ Supports the Quality personnel and the project through the use of the Quality Management System.

+ Develops various construction means and methods with the Superintendent and/or Project Manager to optimize safety, cost, equipment utilization, schedule efficiency, and communication with the client.

+ Manages/reviews all foremen's reports daily to ensure all information is properly recorded before any income, cost, or inventory entry.

+ Monitors material yields and modifies operations to minimize waste.

+ Assists the buyout process, writes the requisition, and communicates all required information to the Project Team.

+ Takes a site walk each day to monitor the project's progress and to remain fully aware of any developing issues.

+ Assists the preparation of the 12-month cash flow schedule

+ Reviews and understands the extra work billing format. Updates all budgets to incorporate owner change orders.

+ Oversees subcontractors and holds the subcontractors accountable to their agreement. Attends the subcontractor coordination meetings to provide updates to schedules, drawings, and specifications.

+ Produces and manages project submittals, shop drawings, and material certifications (submittal log or Expedition) so all are submitted and approved prior to the start of work.

+ Actively participates in the development of the Four Week Look Ahead schedules with the Superintendents using basic logic to incorporate resources, submittals, approvals, lead times, restraints, and milestones.

+ Participates in relevant daily huddles to ensure the projects are expeditiously and profitably constructed Establishes excellent working and professional relationships with the clients and their representatives and/or field inspectors.

+ Participates in recruiting and interviewing candidates.

+ Participates in Business Development activities to promote the company's brand and services.

Qualifications

+ For Security Clearance Requirements - must be a US Citizen, as required.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field with three or more years of experience.

+ Background in project start-up meetings, sub-contractor and vendor by-outs, owner estimates, sub / vendor requisitions and cost-to-completes.

+ Must have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills
