Some long tenured staff that are very knowledgeable and helpful and work from home options
The pay is very poor for the amount of work expected of the engineering team. Each department has been understaffed for a long time and the departure of even more members only adds to the amount the team is already overworked and overwhelmed. While raises are minimal with record profits and constant hires for the sales team overwhelming the engineering team even more
Being able to work from home two days a week to be minimally distracted by constant check in’s although being cold called is not uncommon
Mike seems like a nice guy but don’t really know him. Leadership is kind
The culture is great as far as the genuine and nice people on staff however lack of pay and overworking staff has and will continue to cause departures
Researched rupture disc and their applications
Low to average however the work load is far above average for the position
The staff is not widely diverse but I have never sense any ill intent or feelings towards diverse members of the staff
