The Krusteaz Company is looking for a Northwest Regional Business Development Manager. The regional sales position is responsible for exceeding annual sales goals for their geographic area of responsibility. The RBDM will collaborate with the broker agency to develop and execute local market strategies to sell new and existing products to target customers and distributor partners. The RBDM will establish and build relationships with key operator customers, distributor, and broker agency partners to ensure sustainable, long-term growth.

* Lead broker by providing value added support through product training, selling strategies and planning & executing successful market visits.
* Establish travel cadence in order to maintain high visibility in all markets, to ensure positive representation, focus on the The Krusteaz Company's product line as well as work in conjunction with the broker to maximize sales.
* Conduct monthly broker reviews to measure progress & performance of market strategies.
* Utilize CRM to effectively manage Region portfolio to plan, track and deliver Sales Budget.
* Manage Trade Spending programs and T/E in a cost-effective manner to ensure spending is in line with budgets.

About the Position
Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for supporting all areas of food packaging in a team-oriented, high-volume dry mix manufacturing company. Operate equipment and perform manual manipulation to transfer dry mix food product into a wide variety of boxes, bags and pouches. Typical duties include packing, hand stacking, counting, wrapping, and weighing of food product, as well as cleaning and operating machinery.

* Prepare food packaging for product insert and shipping
* Ensure product bags travel through packaging equipment
* Manually place small food pouches on rapidly moving production line
* Pack food products into cases

Collaborate with cross-functional team to understand issues and drive the root cause for each issue to achieve a stable high volume mass production products.
Create and analyze statistically designed experiments to effectively evaluate process corners to identify major risks and ensure margin for high volume applications.
Develop and implement techniques for gathering and analyzing large data sets to identify currently unknown relationships between in-line metrics and final device performance.
Candidate with Failure analysis skills (SEM, FIB, TEM, SIMS, FTIR, Raman, etc.) is plus.

This position is responsible for collaborating with production staff to enhance the reliability of production equipment, and completion of repair tasks in a manner that minimizes reactive downtime.

* Effectively perform preventive maintenance tasks to enhance equipment reliability.
* Troubleshoot and repair processing, packaging, and facility related equipment.
* Collaborate with production personnel to identify causes of mechanical downtime.
* Interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematic drawings, and PLC logic diagrams.
* Perform metal fabrication tasks as necessary to complete repairs including cutting, welding and finishing.
* Display an understanding of AC and DC motors, VFD drives, and the ability to safely troubleshoot circuits of varying voltage (110/120V, 220V, 480V).
* Evaluate equipment condition and reacts appropriately with follow-up activities.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in the production process and take action: document action and results.
* Attend all crew, safety and team meetings, lead meetings as necessary.
* Train operators and others in proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
* Participate in Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) autonomous maintenance teams.
* Follows GMP's at all times.

About the Position
Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for supporting all areas of food packaging in a team-oriented, high-volume dry mix manufacturing company. Operate equipment and perform manual manipulation to transfer dry mix food product into a wide variety of boxes, bags and pouches. Typical duties include packing, hand stacking, counting, wrapping, and weighing of food product, as well as cleaning and operating machinery.

Ensure product bags travel through packaging equipment
Manually place small food pouches on rapidly moving production line
Pack food products into cases

Perform sanitation tasks both on equipment and general housekeeping to established time and quality standards
Clean the entire packaging line when needed, including scrubbing, mopping, sweeping, emptying trash, collecting for recycling, blowing down area
Operate packaging machinery safely
Use computer to access and print instructions, safety and other documentation
Accurately input data into production software
Consistently follow safety, quality, GMP and other company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
