    The Category Management Advisor - Proppant & Last Mile has an overall responsibility to drive commercial value, operational excellence and enhance Continental Resources' competitive position through end-to-end category management within the Proppant & Last Mile categories. This position will partner with business unit teams across the organization to develop and execute category sourcing strategies, focused on minimizing total cost of ownership and maximizing service quality. Duties and Responsibilities Establishes category strategies, leads strategic sourcing activities, negotiates with key suppliers and executes contracts to enhance Continental Resources' competitive position. Forecasts, manages and monitors proppant supply & demand, last mile logistics supply & demand, well-site deliveries, and operational excellence of proppant & last mile activities. Owns CLR's proppant quality management program and ensures strict compliance with requirements. Collaborates routinely with engineering stakeholders and key suppliers to ensure seamless continuity of day-to-day supply chain operations. Ensures accurate cost allocation and accounting for proppant & last-mile related expenditures. Builds and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders to identify business drivers and value-creation opportunities within assigned categories. Manages key suppliers and translates business requirements into fit-for-purpose solutions, driving total cost of ownership and efficiency benefits. Leads market intelligence efforts within assigned categories to anticipate changes in supply market conditions and capitalize on value-creation opportunities. Performs technical and commercial analysis to facilitate decision-making (i.e.: spend analysis, RFP evaluation, cost modeling, forecasting, etc.) Responsible for supplier relationship management, continuous improvement, enhancing Continental's competitive advantage and improving supplier quality. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Competencies Deep understanding of northern white and regional proppant supply markets, sand mining operations, last mile logistics & storage solutions (freight/truck/transload), and related well-site operations. Demonstrated proficiency in supply, demand and contingency planning (short and long term), in a highly dynamic environment. Understanding of strategic sourcing, 7-step strategic sourcing process, and category management methodologies. Strong proficiency in data analytics and data visualization (Excel, Spotfire, Tableau, or similar). Understanding of and ability to apply total cost concepts. Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong presentation and influencing ability. Drives results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. Instills trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. Ensures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience. An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
