Apply new knowledge to enhance master data capture processes. * Other duties as assigned. **Skills and Competencies** * Expert in Enterprise Master Data Management Solutions with a complete understanding of their capabilities and the ability to administer them from a technical and business process perspective * Strong data modeling skills, capable of preparing and analyzing ERDs (Entity Relationship Diagrams) to best ensure data storage and movement within the master data management solution * Strong understanding of the E&P well data lifecycle and associated business processes * Strong understanding of oil and gas application data models including Aries, Quorum, SAP, WellView, SiteView, ProCount and others. * Use SQL, Spotfire, or other methods to profile, QC, and compare data across databases to make recommendations for data standards * Advanced written and verbal communication skills with extreme attention to detail * Able to efficiently solicit and document data flows and the related business processes * Strong knowledge of data standards within the industry and organization * Exhibits confidence and knowledge of existing and emerging industry practices when solving business problems * Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and documentation * Effective time management and project management skills, including providing detailed and accurate time estimates for tasks and workstreams * Ability to quickly adapt and exemplify flexibility around process changes and shifting priorities * Drives results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. **Required Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum of eight (8) years' experience within the Oil and Gas industry working as a Data Steward, Data Analyst, Engineering Specialist, Business Analyst, IT Analyst or related role * Strong knowledge of business applications, associated business processes, and data flows within Aries, Quorum, SAP, WellView, SiteView, and ProCount. * Strong communication skills: Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Science/Management, or related degree * Certified Petroleum Data Analyst (CPDA™) * Experience implementing master data management capabilities * Experience in data profiling and data quality principles and techniques **Physical Requirements and Working Conditions** * Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping. * Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. * Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
