Reviews substitution submittals from contractors to ensure specification and/or District requirements are complied with
Receives, reviews, and negotiates Contractor Change Order Proposal(s) to achieve a fair & reasonable price in accordance with the General Conditions; reviews and addresses any and all Schedule impacts in accordance with the project specifications in a timely manner
Reviews the process and monitors payments for the contractor, architects, engineers and any other pertinent parties
Administers provisions of Professional Service Agreements between Architects and the District
Coordinates District delivery of related fixtures, furniture and equipment
Monitors and manages project close-out with respect to project certification with the Division of State Architects (DSA) and project financial close out
Perform other related duties assigned
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Required Experience:
Ten (10) years full time paid professional experience in Construction and/or a combination of Project and Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction. Three (3) years of the ten (10) years should have full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction values of more than $10M.
Additional Preferred Experience:
Design Build Experience
Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS)
Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes
Safety and OSHA Safety Regulations (OSHA 30 minimum)
Required Education: There are 3 ways to meet the education requirement:
Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
OR
Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree. The candidate must be able to complete the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one (1) year of employment in the Facilities Services Division of the Los Angeles Unified School District.
OR
Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential may be substituted for the required education.
Preferred Licenses and Certificates:
A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors

Summary:

The Chemical Operator position will typically work 12-hour shifts. The schedule for āNight Shiftā is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Over a 2-week period, associates are typically scheduled to work three (3) 12-hours days one week, followed by four (4) 12-hour days the following week, or vice versa. Candidates must be willing to work additional days as required. Initial training may be on Day Shift (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) until sufficiently trained to work night shift.
Responsibilities:
Monitors batch while in process and make any adjustments as required. Properly communicates to supervisor when it appears that a goal or deadline will not be met.
Measure and mix chemicals according to specified formulas.
Monitor and adjust process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
Follows all provisions of operating instructions. Responsible for the completion and accuracy of all batch ticket data entry. Responsible for meeting standard batch ticket cycle times while maintaining safety and quality.
Perform quality control checks on finished products. Monitors quality of output and takes appropriate action, including shutdown of process, to prevent or limit production. Follows all quality policies and production procedures to ensure quality product is produced.
Operates and monitors chemical processing equipment - Follow standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient production.
Stages raw materials and puts away finished product. Responsible for raw material and finished goods location integrity. Package and label finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Technical manufacturing experience in a chemical facility a bonus.
Standing for extended periods of time, ability to lift, push and pull up to 55 pounds frequently, exposure to outside conditions and ability to work any shift.

About this Role
FiberTel is looking for an HDD Operator for our Albuquerque, NM location.
A Successful HDD Operator is specially trained and has expertise in locating for horizontal/directional drill rigs and product support equipment. What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
All phases of telecommunication construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment.
Locate for Horizontal Directional Drill for installation of underground conduit and fiber optic cable.
Ensure safety of the public and other utilities underground facilities.
Operate Horizontal Directional Drill
Assist in potholing and remediation.
Assist with setting hand holes and completing tie-ins.

Company: Nature Pure - A Family-Owned Organic Egg Farm
Join our dedicated maintenance team at Nature Pure, a family-owned and operated organic egg farm. We're seeking a Feedmill Operator with knowledge of feed manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance.
The operator is responsible for manufacturing feed in accordance with standard operating procedures established at the feed mill. The operator will be responsible for operating the computer automation systems required to receive ingredients, grind grains, and mix feed. The operator will operate the processing and receiving equipment according to established standard operating procedures. In addition to feed manufacturing the operator will perform housekeeping activities, maintenance and repair of equipment, and quality checks on feed and ingredients. The operator is responsible for compliance with all company policies, local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations. Hours worked per week is 50-60 hours total. 20-30 hours of total hours dedicated to feed deliveries. Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Specific job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Receiving and Operational Tasks
Learn the process flow of the entire feed mill.
Cross-train in all areas, being able to fill in at other positions as needed.
Manage and plan Daily Production Schedule.
Assist in overall cleanliness of feed mill as well as assisting in maintaining sanitation schedule.
Collect weekly feed/ingredient samples in accordance with sampling plan.
Ensure all inbound trucks are weighed in before unloading and out before releasing them.
Communicate directions with drivers as to where to unload.
Probe all incoming corn trucks and test for moisture.
Reject any loads that are not up to standards.
Grade and inspect loads of incoming ingredients to determine if they meet company requirements.
Daily inventory checks and monitoring at warehouse and Micro room.
Understand and follow all safety rules and regulations as well as SOPs.
Comply with all Local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
Process necessary paperwork and reports at beginning of shift and end of day as needed.
Ability to perform routine PM's on feed mill equipment.
Ability to manufacture feed in accordance with QA policies, SOP's and CGMP's.
Driving Tasks
Deliver feed from the feed mill to the poultry house feed bins.
Responsible for inspection of equipment before loading.
Responsible for unloading the feed/truck load at the correct destination and correct bins/warehouse.
Complete the required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow biosecurity rules and BSE rules.
Report truck and equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Complete written feed delivery reports.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Operate a forklift, skid steer and boom lift.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
A minimum requirement of a high school degree or equivalent.
Knowledge of feed manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance.
Ability to lift 60 pounds, climb ladders and corn legs up to 135'.
Class A CDL.
Must meet all DOT requirements and comply with DOT rules and regulations.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. This position is physically located in central Ohio and no relocation is offered.
