About The Opportunity We're hiring an Operator in Training to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll engage in assembly of product using various hand tools and equipment. Learn to read print drawings. Wear yellow vest during OIT period. Build and insert assembled interiors into plastic containers. Perform self and peer quality inspection during assembly to ensure quality is maintained. Work with Cell Lead to develop assembly skills. Alert Cell Lead, Team Lead, Set Up and/or Supervisor to any issues with the safety within the cell or quality of product being assembled. Work in various cells throughout shift Verify parts and material to the work order. Work Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Shift Hours: 10:30p-7:00a Sunday through Thursday Two companies, one vision.
