Who You Are:
As the Accounting Controller, Home & Shared Services you will work with the AVP of Finance to lead the accounting team in establishing and delivering on financial priorities to ensure achievement of business
objectives. This position will be responsible for leading department initiatives and acting as a key influencer in strategic decision making to support the company's financial stability and strategic objectives. You will have direct oversight of cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general billing, fixed assets, debt management, internal controls, monthly closing and financial reporting .You will establish and maintain accounting policies, practices, and standards to meet GAAP and management requirements. In addition to the traditional controllership duties, you will help analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to best influence decision making to senior level operators, management, and executives.
The Difference You Will Make:
1. Ensures accurate and timely financial, project and corporate monthly reporting for assigned business units, ensuring all internal and external reporting deadlines are met in accordance with GAAP.
2. Provides variance analysis against operating budgets and forecasts and project budgets.
3. Leads staff responsible for the accuracy of journal entries, subsidiary ledgers and balance sheet reconciliations to guarantee the organization has a full and accurate statement of its financial position as it relates to the designated business units.
4. Performs review of daily cash activity including cash reconciliations and prepares forward-looking cash forecasts.
5. Works collaboratively with Corporate Accounting, Tax, and Capital Markets to ensure audit support is provided, tax filings are completed timely, and all debt obligations are met.
6. Responsible for maintaining integrity of accounting/operational software management within the assigned business units.
7. Requires high integrity and discretion when exposed to confidential matters including but not limited to compensation, workman's compensation, payroll or employee matters.
8. Stays current with industry best practices and accounting software capability developments to drive continuous improvement, streamlining processes and procedures.
9. Establish goals, providing fair and consistent feedback to direct reports regarding performance and career development.
10. Cross trains with accounting team members and assists when needed for absences and development.
11. Foster an environment of integrity, establish relationships, and maintain communication with Leadership Team at multiple levels.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of three (3) - five (5) years of real estate accounting/finance experience desired with a minimum of three (3) years of management experience.
CPA certification or advanced degree is preferred but not required.
Experience with Entrata is a plus.

Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer will assume overall engineering responsibility for specific Aerospace parts/projects as they make their way through the machining and assembly process. More specifically the processes to be covered include all CNC machining, grinding, honing, burr & barber.
Main responsibilities:
* Formulating manufacturing process plans that adhere to Customer supplied drawings (2D and CAD), Bills of Material, Industry Specifications and Internal Quality Management System.
* Product realization by developing Project Development Schedules, Manufacturing Sequencing, CNC Machine Programming and Operation Detail Sheets.
* Driving automation and continuous improvement of cost and quality for all manufacturing processes
* Liaising with customers regarding part revision changes, informing pertinent departments and incorporating these changes into the Master Process Plan
* Coordination with and direction to CNC Machining Programmers for changes, issues, new product, and process improvement.
* Design of fixtures, special tools, material handling equipment and packaging methods.
* Developing rework schemes adhering to Customer requirements and Internal QMS
* Review of Customer supplied Technical Data for accuracy, completeness and alignment to quote
* Conducting oneself in a professional manner and adhering to all Company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements
Our ideal candidate:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2+ years experience with CNC or machining processes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Solid foundation in manufacturing engineering practices and processes.
* Computer software literacy. (Office, Catia V5, Microsoft Project)
* Results oriented focus & willingness to act with a sense of urgency when required
* Solid understanding of GD&T

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer / Cost Estimator is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, engineering drawings, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing proposals for stamped, fabricated, and machined components. This role collaborates closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure quotes are competitive, achievable, and aligned with company capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating & Quoting
• Review engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications to determine manufacturing requirements.
• Develop cost estimates for stamping, fabrication, and CNC machining operations, including labor, machine time, tooling, materials, and outside services.
• Prepare formal quotes and pricing proposals within required deadlines.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose alternative manufacturing methods where beneficial.
Technical & Process Analysis
• Determine appropriate manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling for each project.
• Estimate cycle times, setups, yields, and scrap factors based on standard manufacturing practices.
• Work with Engineering to evaluate manufacturability and clarify design requirements.
• Assist in creating or updating process routings and BOMs as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Communicate with Sales to support customer inquiries and clarify project requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to obtain accurate material and subcontractor pricing.
• Partner with Production and Tooling to validate feasibility and production methods.
• Participate in design reviews, kickoff meetings, and supplier discussions.
Data Management & Continuous Improvement
• Maintain accurate costing databases, labor rates, and machine hour standards.
• Track win/loss results of quotes and adjust estimating assumptions as needed.
• Support continuous improvement efforts involving cost reduction, standardization, and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
Required
• 3+ years of experience in cost estimating, manufacturing engineering, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication, and/or CNC machining processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, tolerances, GD&T, and engineering specifications.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
Preferred
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and cost-reduction methodologies.
• Automotive Tier 1 & 2 background preferred.
