SUMMARY:
The Southwire Contractor Solutions Professional is responsible for direct contractor engagement to drive specification and increased revenue of Southwire Solutions. Responsibilities include: Contractor installation training and support, help the customer customize a Solutions plan for each project, be a field resource in the development of new products and Southwire Solutions, and fully support the sales and product management teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Proficient with contractor tools: Configurator Plus, Contractor Pulling Calculator, Contractor mobile apps, Sales Force, and ability to assist in the development of future solution tools.
Receive, acknowledge and process customer requests in a timely manner as it relates to Southwire Solutions.
Strong knowledge in Solutions to drive specification of Southwire Solutions at targeted contractors.
Share best practices with contractors to ensure jobsite pulls are performed with Safety as the top priority. Must be OSHA 10 certified.
Provide field support for Contractor Tools and Southwire Solutions through joint calls and training opportunities.
Must be able to travel and adjust to changing schedules and deadlines as needed to meet contractor job requirements.
Perform well in a team environment as well as work independently with little direct supervision.
Monitor and report to management success of Southwire Solution sales, project hit rate % and revenue generated using Sales Force, and work closely with other CS Team members and provide support as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required or 7+ years industry experience directly related to wire and cable sales
5 + years directly related experience in commercial construction, project management, or electrical engineering.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required. Sales Force and SAP experience preferred.
Applicant must possess excellent organizational and project management abilities, along with exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

**GENERAL SUMMARY**
**Seeking internationally based candidates only.**
We are currently hiring for our next orientation class to take place in January or February 2023.
**T** **his position will work as an Independent Contractor** as a Nurse Consultant. Must be available to work four calendar weeks per year (available 6-8 consecutive days at a time)
Provides on-site consultation, education, and technical assistance to international health care facilities and health care systems to assist in improving patient care, quality, and safety. Collaborates with Joint Commission Resources Central Office staff (based in Oak Brook, IL) and colleagues to generate leads, develop proposals, and pursue to close the sale of consultations and other Joint Commission Resources and/or Joint Commission International services. Maintains active/current knowledge of Joint Commission Standards/Joint Commission International Standards and survey process, health care and discipline-specific trends and content, as well as established solutions for the improvement of patient care. Serves as Joint Commission Resources subject matter expert for specific methodologies and product lines. Creatively approaches client organizations with solutions to improve the delivery of patient care and operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of Joint Commission Standards/Joint Commission International Standards and survey process required. Ten or more years of experience in health care, with seven to ten years of progressively more responsible experience in senior health care management or quality/performance improvement. Maintains current and relevant knowledge of health care issues and strategies. Prior experience in a health care consulting role is highly desirable.
