The role is hybrid remote in the Sorrento Valley area and is Part-Time (20-25 hours per week). Please see the duties and requirements below:

* Ensure all contract data and information are appropriately entered and saved in relevant systems and databases.
* Assist with maintaining and updating the company's contract templates.
* Interact with internal business teams to obtain all appropriate and required internal reviews and approvals for contract terms and provisions.
