Duties/Responsibilities: Support partners and attorneys in busy complex litigation, creditors' rights, commercial, construction, and transactional practice Cite-check and shepardize legal documents Draft legal documents, including pleadings, interrogatories, requests for production, affidavits, subpoenas Handle heavy caseload and assist with all aspects of the litigation lifecycle from inception through appeals process Review and organize documents in commercial construction, complex litigation, and other state and federal cases Prepare summaries of discovery documents Track and record billable hours Trial preparation, manage trial exhibits, prepare trial binders, maintain expert binders, and communicate with witnesses and relevant parties Draft deposition summaries Organize and index case files Schedule depositions, hearings, meetings, etc. Qualifications: Must have prior litigation experience Must have experience drafting pleadings, preparing court filings, submitting court filings Must have experience with discovery Why Join?
