Day to Day of Position:
Invoice Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively reconcile vendor invoices against POs to mitigate billing delays and cost overruns. Assist with addressing missing invoices with Accounts Payable, Buyers, and Suppliers.
Cost Tracking & Forecasting: Maintain real-time cost visibility, integrate data from Maximo and Beeline, and support accurate budget adherence.
Project Manager Support: Assist PMs with documentation, schedule updates, risk reviews, and governance to mitigate scope changes and delays.
Procurement & PO Monitoring: Monitor PO status and vendor compliance to avoid procurement delays and incorrect allocations.
Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry in Maximo and Beeline for reliable resource planning and financial reporting. MMC specific.
Vendor Oversight: Monitor vendor performance with respect to billing and compliance to reduce late deliverables and escalation risks.
Job Description:
Performs a wide range of advanced analytical, administrative and technical support activities for functional areas (i.e. Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, etc.) or for specific project/business/technical unit.
Assignments may involve work of a confidential nature and require knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, business unit and company policies and programs.

Minimum Requirements:

Knowledge in a specialized department function including department practices, programs, plans and policies.

**Position Responsibilities**
+ Provide direction, guidance, and functional expertise to a team of contracts professionals while escalating up high level issues and keeping Contracts leadership informed. Act as a lead for conflict resolution of contract issues, while mentoring and training both assigned contracts personnel and other team members for similar results
+ Perform contract management and administrative duties throughout the contract lifecycle including, but not limited to, proposal review and preparation, leading pre and post award negotiations, executing contract modifications, initiating contract close-outs and providing overall contracts support for programs with complex, multi-year contracts
+ Responsible for drafting, evaluating, negotiating various agreements such as, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Sales/Purchase Agreements, Subcontracts, Consulting Agreements, License Agreements, Master Agreements, and other Contractual agreements, such as FAR based contracts, OTAs, etc.
+ Responsible for reviewing various agreements previously reviewed by assigned staff and providing guidance on outstanding issues/concerns.
+ Responsible for ensuring that agreements/terms and conditions comply with all applicable regulations and requirements, while also adhering to company policies.
+ Review uploaded contracts related data in business systems to ensure data is accurate and complete.
+ Participate in the business development process by providing expertise in contract knowledge, bid evaluation, proposal, and contract negotiation processes.
+ Working knowledge of federal acquisition process, government contracting principles and regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS, contract-specific flow-downs, etc.) required
+ Demonstrated understanding of contractual terms and conditions and high-risk terms required

**Job Description**
**Duties and responsibilities:**
+ Research and validate equipment inventory to be included in the Service Contract prior to quote generation utilizing relevant tools and resources (e.g., Service Salesforce, Sales Salesforce, SAP, Workfront, etc.) and with the help of the applicable Service, Sales and Implementation personnel.

Document the areas or activities observed; when findings, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations are discovered, create CAPA reports in accordance with approved procedures. Ability to become a certified auditor.
Support external partners or regulatorswith assessments, when scheduled.
Perform Inspections:Conduct receipt inspections of incoming materials (excluding non-significant items) to verify conformance with procurement specifications/requirements; identify shipping damage and detect potential suspect/counterfeit items. Document inspection results and any non-conformances.

Support CAPA Management Program: Act as CAPA coordinator and initiate and/or provide input to the development and implementation of corrective action plans to address identified deficiencies. Track CAPA actions to closure.
Support nonconformances: When identified, and when required, segregate, document in the NCR log and assist with disposition. Control NCR tags (placement, removal).
Provide Quality Support to Field Teams: Assist in work package developement and maintaince. Serve as a point of contact and resource for the Site Manager and on-site personnel for quality-related questions, guidance, and support.
Monitor Training and Qualifications: Working closely with HSE and RAD CON, verify that personnel performing work have the required training and qualifications prior to commencing work activities, including on-site subcontractors.
Participate in Pre-Job Briefings:Attend and participate in pre-job briefings to understand the work scope, identify potential quality concerns, and ensure quality requirements are communicated to the field team.

Basic Qualifications:

Qualifications
