Contracting & Negotiation
Draft, negotiate, and execute provider contracts and amendments for physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers.
Maintain a complete and accurate record of all executed agreements and associated rate schedules.

· Organize and maintain operational, procurement and record-keeping systems for efficient performance and audit records of client
contracts and agreements.
· Provide advice on bidding for solicitations and proposals and contract negotiations.
· Review subcontracts for prime contract compliance.
· Administer government contracts and review awarded contract awards and modifications for accuracy.
· Review work requirements received under contracts to determine if work is within scope and intent of contract.
· Maintain database integrity.
· Monitor, communicate, and liaise with other departments to ensure company compliance of contract requirements.
· Communicate with Finance to assist in ensuring accurate, timely and contract compliant invoicing and record keeping.
· Assist in developing materials to support meetings and presentations at government and non-government conferences, seminars
and meetings.
· Ensure timely contract communications internally and externally. Ensure adequate training is provided to ensure compliance and
protect Company's interests.
· Demonstrate knowledge of government contract law, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR),
Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and contract (Cost and FFP) policies and procedures, Truth in
Negotiations Act (TINA).
· Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years day to day management experience of federal contracts for agencies such as U.S. Department of State and U.S.
Department of Defense.
· BS Degree(s) in contract administration or business administration or related field.
· Must be US Citizen.
· Must hold or have held a US DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level or higher and be eligible to have it reinstated.
· Must have US Government contracts experience either on the Contractor or Government side.
· Experience with non-DoD contracts, a plus.
· Must be willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) protecting company proprietary information.
· Must be able to operate independently, use his/her own technical and professional experience and knowledge in all areas of
contract administration.
· Must have experience with various contract types (Cost/FFP/IDIQ), and strong, demonstratable working knowledge of FAR,
DFARS.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, including ability to develop complex Excel models and Power Point presentations
and other management reporting tools.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details.
· Ability to manage and communicate clearly up, down and peer-to-peer.
· Ability to work alone or as a team member.
