    Provide contract management support to assigned program area(s). Provide day-to-day oversight of contractors performing maintenance activities for the residency area. Manage field maintenance service contracts, interpret contract provisions and provide technical guidance to contractors and field staff. How you will contribute: Contract Development: Develop contracts according to scope for assigned program area. Contract Guidance and Support: Provide contracting advice and support to others in the area of contract management. Provide support and analysis to leaders to assist in determining what contracts exist to accomplish work and provide input to different contracting approaches. Contract Management: Oversee and evaluate performance of contract work according to specifications. Monitor and review activities and progress. Communicate with contractors and respond to questions or issues that arise. Contract Management: Oversee, evaluate and document contractor performance and progress to ensure work is performed according to contract. Review, inspect and verify completed work based on contract specifications and provisions. Communicate and meet with contractors to discuss contract questions and resolve conflicts.
