Your key responsibilities

Work on the development training materials incorporating requirements and deliver end user training or ‘train the trainer' workshops according to the training plans/schedules.
Provide essential support after system go-live, swiftly addressing and rectifying any emerging issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Exhibit deep technical proficiency and an understanding of business processes to contribute to the project's success.
Cross team coordination on integration points with PTD, LEX(IM/EWM), STP to ensure seamless alignment across various system components.

To qualify for the role, you must have

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Job Duties & Responsibilities
Supervision and Leadership: Lead a team responsible for processing contract change orders, while upholding HART's change order management procedures and compliance standards.
Change Order Review: Oversee the review of change order documentation for completeness and accuracy, verifying that all changes align with the approved project baseline, including design and construction documents such as standard plans, design criteria, and specifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to analyze the impact of change requests on various project contracts. Prepare and present change order analysis, alternatives, risks, and recommendations.
Document and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation to complete contract change orders and obtain required approvals. Develop reports using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other software as required.
Minimum Requirements
Education: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major work in business or public administration, marketing, economics or a related field; and

Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
In addition to meeting the basic requirements, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade accordance with Department of Defense 1102 Qualification requirements:
For the GS-11 grade level: I have successfully completed a bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees -AND- I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level. Specialized experience is experience that may have been gained while providing business advice to customers and performing all pre-award/post-award functions, using a wide range of contracting methods and types to procure complex and/or diversified commodities, services and/or construction.

Ph.D (or equivalent doctoral degree) or three academic years of progressively higher level graduate education.
NOTE: For position identified with Contracting Officer duties, applicant must have at least two years of specialized experience in contracting positions, of which one year must have been equivalent to the next lower grade or pay band.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
