In 2016, the Unified Port of San Diego awarded the $1.2B redevelopment of Seaport Village to Protea Waterfront Development with Gaf as the active Managing Partner. He will steward the project to its successful completion by providing leadership and direction for the strategy and execution, with Gafcon, Inc. providing program management services.Gaf’s vision is to continue working to make Gafcon a leader in the Project and Construction Management industry, while personally stewarding worthy development opportunities that make a difference to the communities surrounding them.
