For our 2024 Season the Video/Media Engineer will work with the Projections Designer in one venue to implement their vision for the production, potentially incorporating a mixture of playback and live sources. The Engineer may work alongside other engineers and will also be responsible for supervising a Projections/Media Intern who will assist with system setup and serve as a operator during performances. Applicants should have experience working in flexible spaces with temporary projection systems and should be comfortable with basic theatrical rigging and working at heights over 20 feet (in lifts, ladders, or catwalks). Experience with Qlab, basic projector setup, and computer networking is required. Experience with crew management, equipment purchase and/or rental specification, and NDI video transport and/or live streaming is preferred. Position is seasonal, from May 31 thru July 13, although an extension through early August may be available.
