Qualifications & Requirements 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including at least 5 years in a management role (e.g., Director of Finance, Director of Accounting, or Controller). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA required. Deep understanding of capital markets, real estate deal structuring, joint venture agreements, and project financing. Experience in a closely-held firm strongly preferred. Proven strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.
