Controller general manager job description

What will I be doing in this position?

+ Recruiting, onboarding, training and developing managers, technicians, customer service representatives and sales professionals

+ Delivering and instilling 5-star customer service expectations within your team

+ Establishing a strong customer and employee retention program

+ Manages routing for all accounts

+ Building and guiding operational efficiencies

+ Ensuring compliance with state regulations

+ Managing chemical inventory, keeping records clean and current and supplies readily available

+ Holding team members accountable for meeting job expectations, as well as individual and company goals

Am I qualified for this position? You are if you have the following:

+ 2+ years of management experience

+ Hold an active Driver's license with a clean driving record (must pass a motor vehicle record check and be 21 years of age to drive a Company vehicle and qualify for our vehicle insurance)

+ Complete a background check and drug screen that produce acceptable results

+ Have a commitment to safety in all job areas: driving, service and training

+ Have a commitment to honest and exceptional customer service

+ Earn and maintain the state required training and licensing

Specific consideration will be given to candidates who meet the above qualifications and who:

+ Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field

+ Have pest control industry management experience

+ Have state required pest control operator licensing
