Summary
The Pump Mechanic will repair/fabricate a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps, gear reducers and related rotating equipment, troubleshoot, disassemble, inspect and repair a variety of rotating equipment including centrifugal pumps (both single and multi-stage), gear pumps, reciprocating pumps and metering pumps, gear reducers, blowers (both vacuum and pressure), mechanical seals, and many other types of equipment.
Responsibilities of the Pump Mechanic include, but are not limited to:
Repair/fabricate a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps, gear reducers and related rotating equipment
Troubleshoot, disassemble, inspect and repair a variety of rotating equipment including centrifugal pumps (both single and multi-stage), gear pumps, reciprocating pumps and metering pumps, gear reducers, blowers (both vacuum and pressure), mechanical seals, and many other types of equipment
Install equipment using manufacturer specifications ensuring proper alignment balance and tolerances
Read and understand an IOM and BOM
Maintain safe operations by adhering to all safety procedures and regulations
Qualifications of the Pump Mechanic include, but are not limited to:
Advanced mechanical aptitude required
3-5 years of experience working with rotating equipment (mainly pumps) including but not limited to API and ANSI Pumps, centrifugal and plunger pumps, all brands of centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, gear pumps, diaphragm pumps, H-pumps, gear boxes and rotary valves (Preferred)
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
Experience with alignment methods and tools including laser alignment (Preferred)
Have the ability or learn to read and interpret mechanical drawings, and service manuals and posses ability to work with basic math
Ability to use a variety of hand tools, machine tools, and precision measuring instruments

Position Summary
As the Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, you will impact PSA Airlines' business growth by conducting aviation repairs and services that allow for operations to be on time. By executing maintenance procedures in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company standards, you are ensuring safe and reliable flights.
Job Responsibilities
Will perform tasks necessary to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations and accept the responsibility for work performed by themselves and/or in conjunction with others and sign for same on the Company's approved forms.
Keep work areas clean. Return all equipment and tools to assigned areas. A&P Technicians will report all inoperative or faulty equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Mechanic in charge.
Work will consist of and include any and all phases of repair and maintenance of aircraft with the aid of the employee's own tools, specialty tools provided by the Company, the use of test equipment, and Company-supplied technical manuals.
In certain cases, and A&P Technician may be authorized to perform required inspection items and assist in Company training programs.
Will at the commencement of each repair or inspection initiate the proper documentation. Parts tags will include a complete description of the discrepancy on all removed parts. Determine if the work to be performed is a Required Inspection Item.
Verifying, through proper documentation, that any part installed on any aircraft or component is approved for that aircraft or component and has been visually inspected and is free of damage or contamination.
Assure that hangar workshops and other areas assigned are maintained in an orderly manner.
Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor through the Lead Mechanic.

Aircraft Mechanic II (Avionics/Electrician):
Electrical Experience: Minimum of six years total experience in aircraft maintenance as an aircraft avionics/electrician with one year on F-15 aircraft. The Contractor shall have the skill to remove and replace aircraft parts and accessories/components and the skill to make adjustments and settings according to established specifications. The Contractor shall also have the skill to identify and isolate integrated systems malfunctions and analyze performance and operate integrated avionics systems to determine operational condition per operational checks. Experience using specialized tools required for military aviation electrical connector assembly/disassembly and other associated electrical terminating devices is required. Aircraft modification and operational checks experience required. Contractor must have experience in electrical harness fabrication and braiding.
Electrical Knowledge: The Contractor shall have the ability to follow and accomplish tasks in accordance with existing published technical data. The Contractor shall have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications required to accomplish maintenance tasks and modifications. Knowledge is mandatory of electrical, electronic, microelectronic, mechanical and indicator principles theory, and application relating to electrical systems; concepts and application of maintenance directives; meaning of symbols used in wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics; using and interpreting testing and measuring devices; and proper handling, use, and disposal of hazardous waste and materials.
Education: High school diploma, or equivalent, with successful completion of related military or commercial courses. Courses in basic electronics, mathematics, general science, physics, and mechanics are desirable.
Other: Normal color vision as defined in AFI 48-123, Medical Examinations and Standards is mandatory for this specialty.
Responsibility: Performs requirements in accordance with the procedures established in the PWS. Company seeking pump/maintenance/heavy equipment mechanics. Looking to fill positions with candidates that are willing to work hard repairing equipment from the industrial pump market. Must have good mechanical aptitude and interests with knowledge of hand tools and attention to detail. Responsible for disassembly, dimensional analysis, evaluation, repair, and assembly of various types of 'high energy' industrial pumps.
Responsibilities:
Dismantle pumps into individual components utilizing hand/air tools, power tools, torch sets, cranes, etc.Examine/Inspect components with micrometers, dial indicators, depth micrometers, hardness tester, etc.Complete forms and supplement with written reports of findings from inspections.Assemble pumps with conventional and state-of-the-art methods.Some day trips for field service jobs
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a mechanic or pump experience.Fluent in shop equipment such as micrometers, torque wrenches, oxy/acetylene torches, overhead cranes, tow motor, and other industrial tools.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

POSITION:
Mechanic
DESCRIPTION:
Candidate chosen will conduct regular inspections and maintain buses, trucks, tractors, and motorized equipment in good operating condition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include making repairs to Board-owned and contractor vehicles and equipment including, but not limited to, preventative maintenance, service, repair, and replacement of major parts.
Will perform road service calls, as required, and will be required to maintain accurate records and histories of maintenance and repairs.
Must possess basic computer skills with ability to operate various application software, and basic office equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to perform basic math/English functions ordinary to a high school graduate.
Three (3) to five (5) years of documented experience as a qualified auto/light/medium/heavy-duty truck mechanic required.
Completion of automotive/truck trade school may be substituted for some experience at the discretion of the employer.
Must currently hold Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification in one (1) of the twelve (12) test series, current Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class “B” minimum, S & P endorsements, and a clear Driver's Abstract with no moving violations.
Paid training will be provided if selected candidate does not have a valid CDL endorsement.
Must be willing to work as substitute bus driver for the Fairhaven School as needed.
Successful candidate will be required to possess and maintain ASE certification in school bus (all 7 categories) within two (2) years of hire, must evidence safe driving record documented by yearly drivers abstract, and must be insurable through Board insurer.
