Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to design, optimize, plan, deploy, and troubleshoot Land Mobile Radio (LMR), private LTE (pLTE), Microwave, and Narrowband networks for utility-sector clients. This role independently applies advanced RF concepts to complex challenges (e.g., interference) and provides technical leadership on medium-to-high complexity projects or serves as the RF SME guiding cross-functional teams. Occasional travel to client sites is required for inspections, testing, and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end RF engineering lifecycle: site surveys, system modeling, design, deployment, testing, and optimization.

The role: Controls Engineer
You will help the company to integrate controls platforms into client sites in order to automate the facilities, by doing site surveys once the sales engineering group completes their systems drawings.
This controls engineer goes on-site with the design (to automate the jail) and does the testing to ensure everything is going to work, comes back & makes any modifications or change requests.
You need to have experience in CAD and Drafting standards
You need to be able to produce system component and line level drawings
Must be 100% proficient in PLCs and Relays
