Your day‑to‑day work will include: + Supporting test solution development by helping create and commission new test fixtures, programs, and tools. + Running test qualifications to ensure new fixtures and programs meet system requirements. + Building and assembling testers and fixtures, giving you hands‑on experience with real hardware. + Preparing documentation and training materials so manufacturing and test support teams can use the solutions you help create. + Collaborating with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth test operations and clear communication. You'll contribute by: + Monitoring and improving test yields, uptime, and efficiency through data analysis and troubleshooting. + Identifying opportunities to optimize test processes while balancing cost, coverage, and performance. + Coordinating test readiness based on weekly production schedules. + Partnering with test support and manufacturing teams to prioritize and resolve issues quickly. Qualifications This role is designed for engineers at the start of their career. + Bachelor's degree in electrical or Electronic Engineering (new grads welcome). + 0-2 years of experience in electrical, electronic, or computer component testing (internships count). + Basic electrical testing and debugging skills, especially with low‑voltage systems. + Ability to read schematics and understand test scripts (modifying them is a plus). + Familiarity with test development concepts and hardware/software integration. + Experience with Python, JavaScript, or C# is helpful but not required. + Comfort with MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
