About the Role The xAI datacenter control systems team is looking for a highly-motivated Controls Engineer to support the operation, design, and optimization of our advanced data center infrastructure. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility preferred; EIT with progression toward PE considered. 5-8 years of relevant experience in data center operations or electrical engineering. Strong knowledge of data center electrical systems (transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS systems). Proficient with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, SKM, and power system analysis software.
