Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Possess a general level of technical understanding related to basic electrical fundamentals: wire harnesses, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, calibration, HMI, data acquisition, etc. Direct supervision of and working with unionized technicians in all maintenance activities Will posses or be willing to learn ISO documentation, automotive regulatory needs etc. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics Engineering 1-3 years of experience working with maintenance teams in a union environment 1-3 years of experience with controls/robotics/drives/PLCs, HMI/VFD/Circuit design/sensors use/calibration and application. Good working knowledge of software programs Requirements Requirements: Minimum bachelor's degree in any Engineering field Industrial automation experience with project management experience Ability to work overtime as required Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the Plant from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership as required Ability to build effective business relationships with customers and all levels of an organization Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Open-minded and willing learn newer technologies Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
