About the Role
We're hiring a full-time Electrical Construction Engineer / Field Engineer who can take charge of active job sites, lead technicians, coordinate daily field operations, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. This role is fully field based. You'll travel to project sites daily across the Northeast, supervise installation activities, solve issues in real time, and ensure that electrical and lighting retrofit work meets Oberon's quality standards. What you'll be responsible for
• Daily travel to job sites across MA, NH, and ME
• Supervise LED and electrical retrofit crews during day-to-day field work
• Review drawings, wiring layouts, fixture schedules, and scopes before crews begin
• Monitoring workmanship, performing quality checks, and keeping crews productive
• Planning daily tasks, assigning manpower, and tracking progress against schedule
