POSITION SUMMARY: Under daily supervision from Building Automation Team Leader, the BAS Technician II is responsible for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting building unit controllers and Facility Management Systems. Perform First Article Inspections (FAI), process capability studies and Gage R&R analyses Familiarity with inspection equipment including but not limited to: Touch and Non-Touch CMMs Ring, Plug and Pin Gages Profilometers, Micrometers, and Calipers Electrical and leak testing equipment Creation and modification of CMM programs Recording and entering inspection results into various tracking and documentation systems. Support of the Material Review Board (MRB) processes. U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements.
