As an Automation Systems Engineering team member, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of automation solutions and advanced Smart Factory / Industry 4.0 technologies in support of manufacturing. The role includes developing physical automation solutions (robots, PLCs, HMIs, and vision systems) and their integration with business systems (primarily using Ignition).

What You Will Do:
Collaborate with factory stakeholders to identify, develop, and deploy manufacturing automation systems and digital solutions.
Continuous improvement, upgrades, and sustainment of deployed automation systems (ex. automation mechanisms, controls, robotics, autonomous vehicles)
Full project lifecycle control - from requirements generation through execution & sustainment
Program front end visualizations in Ignition to enable data driven decisions that dictate actionable changes & priorities

An Associate Automation Technician responsibilities include the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing production and test equipment. · Perform troubleshooting, basic repair and overhaul of instruments and control systems, with a strong understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers/Distributed Control System (PLC/DCS)
· Ability to run conduit for new or maintenance projects.
· Ability to field-tune both analog and digital process controls with the following characteristics:
- Proportional only controller
- Two and three mode (PI&PID) controller
- Split range control (two or more final control devices)
- Control loops with and without positioners on the final control device

Physical Demands

Your Responsibilities as a Vactor Technician:
• Drive and operate sewer-cleaning pump trucks • Perform general diagnostic and maintenance of waste systems • Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner • Prepare pre-shift vehicle inspection

Wise Auto Group is looking to add a new Automotive Technician to their team. This person will be accountable for repairing vehicles and their ongoing maintenance for our loyal customers. The ideal candidate will have previous automotive experience working with a variety of engines, be a reliable employee, exhibit teamwork, and add value to our organization.
Pay: $20/hr-$35/hr
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance - Tasks include oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front end alignments, inspections, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations.
Conduct diagnostic procedures - Includes extensive diagnostic inventory to determine the sources of customer's problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.
Manage paperwork - Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records.
Maintain cleanliness - Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
Qualifications
At least 3 months of experience or related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in both front and back of parts counter is preferred
Strong communication and customer relations skills
Strong math and reading comprehension skills
General understanding of various functions of a distribution center
Ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights of 25 feet or more
Ability to use a forklift or willingness to be certified within 90 days of hire
18 years of age or older
Warehouse experience and material handling equipment experience preferred
Computer-literate with the ability to learn and become proficient in any software program
High school diploma or equivalent degree preferred
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
