We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Instrument Technician to support the calibration, qualification, and performance maintenance of laboratory equipment. This role is essential for ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across our lab systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and scheduled calibrations of laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, balances, spectrophotometers).
Execute preventive maintenance and performance checks in accordance with SOPs and manufacturer specifications.
Lead and support instrument qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new and existing equipment.
Collaborate with QA and IT teams to implement and maintain Computer System Validation (CSV) and Computer Software Assurance (CSA) protocols.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or service with vendors.
Maintain accurate records of calibration, qualification, and validation activities in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, GLP, ISO 17025).
Assist in audits and inspections by providing documentation and technical support.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in laboratory instrument calibration and maintenance.
Hands-on experience with instrument qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Working knowledge of CSV and CSA frameworks in regulated environments.
Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ISO).
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with calibration management software and electronic documentation systems.
Understanding of data integrity principles and risk-based validation approaches.
Certification in instrumentation, metrology, or validation (e.g., ASQ CCT, GAMP) is a plus.

Essential Duties:
Wire all controls and motors for watertube and firetube boilers and auxiliary equipment.

Build and test control panel using Engineering wiring schematic and layout.
Build and test fuel skids using Engineering wiring schematic and layout.
Build and test condensate tanks and deaerators.

What you will do
Our Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program is a 6-month technical sales development program for Recent College Graduates that focuses on creating market share by strategic selling Johnson Controls' HVAC products and services to commercial customers. In this program you will have a chance to apply your technical engineering knowledge and business acumen to work with customers to better understand their product and project needs by being the subject matter expert. As part of the program, you will participate in a 6-month training and development program combining classroom, field orientation, and on the job training. You will learn our mechanical equipment and service offerings, customer relationship techniques and leadership skills in preparation for supporting customers in your territory alongside the sales team. You will be prepared to consult with architects, engineers, and building owners on product selections; partner with and learn from internal experts and deliver on business goals. We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician, Automation & Controls to support the integration, commissioning, and optimization of generator packages and electrical systems within advanced microgrid projects. This role is hands-on and dynamic, requiring expertise in automation, controls, and system performance to help ensure reliable, safe, and compliant operations. System Integration & Commissioning

Carrying out and validate cable schedules, control packages, and system testing protocols.
Performing start-up and performance testing activities to confirm operational readiness and safety compliance.
Project Execution & Handover
Supporting the transition from construction to commissioning and operations teams by confirming integration requirements are met.
