Key Responsibilities Assemble, integrate, and test electrical subsystems including wiring harnesses, PCB assemblies, enclosures, and connectors Perform electrical diagnostics, functional tests, and troubleshooting of system-level components Install and commission electrical components for SDA sensor systems and supporting infrastructure Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation Support field deployments and perform on-site system checks, maintenance, and repairs Assist engineers in test procedures, prototype evaluations, and validation of system performance Maintain accurate build documentation and contribute to continuous improvement in electrical build processes Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and company procedures Manage tools, electrical inventory, and test equipment in an organized and safe manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineers, mechanical technicians, and program managers Qualifications Required: 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly, integration, or support Proficiency with wiring, soldering, crimping, and use of multimeters or oscilloscopes Experience in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Comfortable working in lab and field environments, including remote sites U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for a U.S. government security clearance Preferred: Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent trade certification Experience working in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability system environments Familiarity with PLCs, control panels, or embedded system interfaces Understanding of EMI/EMC best practices in system integration Experience supporting field deployments and remote troubleshooting Travel: Occasional travel to support field installations or other EO Solutions sites Join EO Solutions and enjoy a generous salary and benefits package!
