As a part of the Carowinds Live Shows team, your daily assigned duties would be as follows:
Work as a technician with audio, lighting, networking and show control backgrounds.
Work as an Audio Engineer with troubleshooting skills, understanding of signal flow in live mixing; knowledge of QLab playback and show control as well as digital sound consoles such as Mackie and Allen+Heath are a plus.
Work as a Master Electrician to oversee and maintain designated show rigs and control systems. Must be capable of troubleshooting equipment and software problems at a moment's notice. Knowledge of conventional and moving lighting fixtures, DMX addressing and ETC Consoles are a must. Knowledge of Video Walls, Pixel/LED tape and Power Distro Racks are a plus.
Operate a variety of equipment, as assigned, such as golf carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, construction equipment, and motor vehicles.
