The Calibration Specialist is responsible for maintaining global calibration programs, ensuring adherence to global requirements and implementing process improvements.
This position reports to the Calibration Governance Leader and is part of the Qualification Services team within the Equipment Services Organization. This position will be located in Marlborough, MA and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Review, recommend, and implement improvements to calibration work instructions, procedures, and methods to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Audit the calibration program, including evaluation of calibration performance, to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
Provide technical support and guidance to calibration technicians and other team members.
Maintain detailed records of calibration activities and results for audit purposes.
Ensure all calibration activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements and assist in determining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to calibration activities.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related field with multiple years of experience in metrology related field; or long-standing experience in the Life Science industry with calibration experience.
Strong understanding of ISO 17025 standards and requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and lead when necessary.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to calibration.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 10% globally.

Summary: The I&E Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of all instrumentation, electrical systems, and controls in the LNG facility. This role requires proficiency in Emerson instruments, Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in LNG operations. The technician will ensure that all instrumentation and control systems operate efficiently and reliably, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
Job Duties
Instrumentation & Control Systems Maintenance:
Maintain and troubleshoot various process control systems, including Emerson instrumentation (e.g., Rosemount, Fisher), HMI, and PLCs.
Perform regular calibration, adjustment, and testing of instruments such as flow, pressure, temperature, level transmitters, and analyzers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform field and on-site laboratory tests on soil, geosynthetics, aggregates, and other materials primarily associated with landfill and/or waste containment system construction;
