Plans, monitors and performs preventative maintenance as determined and scheduled during testing. Tracks maintenance schedules in the Work Management System (WMS).
Performs emergency response maintenance as needed, conducting on-site troubleshooting and corrective measures to gas measurement equipment.
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the communication link between field devices and corporate database servers.
Constructs new facilities and installs modifications to existing facilities according to PGS Engineering designs and instructions. Works with division and corporate personnel in the installation of electrical and electronic interfaces for SCADA, telemetry, electronic measurement, chromatograph and odorization systems. Replaces field electronic equipment to insure effective integration.
Completes all required calibration documentation utilizing the work management system and ensures procedures follow accepted engineering principles and company policies and procedures.

Works closely with and monitors the work performed by outside contractors, power and telephone utilities.

What you will do
Perform HVAC Control systems programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning and preventative maintenance as it is related to mechanical, electrical, and low voltage controls components.

How you will do it
Loading Johnson Controls field and network level controller software.
Performing commissioning and system diagnostics for all levels of system controllers as well as end

Calibrates systems requiring basic electronic test equipment.

- Document findings and corrective actions in accordance with procedures.
- Support containment actions when inspection tool issues are identified.
Inspection & Metrology Support
- Perform dimensional inspections using:
o Hand tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, thread gauges, etc.)
o Fixtures and custom inspection tools
- Support verification of tools prior to production release or supplier use.
- Follow proper handling and care of inspection tools to maintain accuracy and repeatability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work directly with the Inspection Tool Design Engineer during tool development and qualification.
- Support Quality Engineering during audits, investigations, and validation activities.
- Assist Manufacturing and Incoming Inspection teams with inspection tool usage and questions.
Compliance & Quality System Adherence
- Perform all activities in compliance with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and internal procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in manufacturing, metrology, quality, or engineering technology.
